Inclusions are written per printer on the quote. You approve it before anything starts.

How we quote a managed plan

We do not publish a one-size price. The quote is built per client and per printer.

  1. Fleet snapshot Models, serials, locations and a rough monthly volume.
  2. Line-by-line quote Included pages, monthly amount, term and what is / is not covered.
  3. You approve The plan starts on the agreed date. Invoicing is handled offline.

Repair without a plan

Already own the devices and only need a visit? Send a repair enquiry. We will schedule and invoice the work separately if it is not under a managed plan.
